The Ark's first location opened it's doors in 2006 on Chattanooga, Tennessee's North Shore. The pet boarding and doggy daycare concept was new to the area, but immediately caught on. The Ark's crew was and still is the cornerstone of the business. From day one, crew training and customer service was the most important part of The Ark's plan for success. With all of the crew training and quality systems in place it is no wonder that The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel has shown, on average, double digit growth percentages since opening in 2006 even through the Recession of 2008 and 2009!
The goal was always to find honest, pet lovers to crew The Ark, but not everyone knew how to properly care for pets in a safe and fun manner, that is why The Ark's owners and
